Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 business days (order cutoff time is 12pm) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free ground shipping on USA domestic orders over $100 (excluding shipping costs).  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders under $100.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for your order will depend on a few factors. First, we have an order processing time of 2 business days to prepare your items for shipment. After that, the delivery time will vary depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout.

Typically, our standard shipping option takes around 5-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping may arrive in 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that these are approximate delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen shipping delays.

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided once it has been shipped. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your order's delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure to choose the USPS shipping option at check out.

When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.  All orders are sent via USPS or UPS (your choice at checkout). You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your package delayed, contact us at orders@shop-authentique.com and we will investigate your order status for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

I never received a confirmation email.  What should I do?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

  1. Your order was never actually placed and processed.
  2. You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your order confirmation.  In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email us at orders@shop-authentique.com.

My order is a gift, do you include price information on your packing slips?

Don't worry, we never include the price on any of the packages that we ship out!

Refunds and Returns

I want to return a portion or the entire order. What do I do?

We take pride in offering FREE RETURNS or EXCHANGES for all domestic U.S. orders! We have full confidence in our products and believe you'll love them, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our customers are happy.

If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that items still have their tags attached, remain unused, unwashed, and are in their original condition.

We do reserve the right to decline returns for items that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria mentioned above.

Please be aware that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Additionally, items such as jewelry, hats, and sale items fall under the "Final Sale" category.

It’s important to us that you keep the original packaging as we’re striving to reduce the footprint our business has on the environment. Our packaging is designed to be recycled and is biodegradable in less than a year.  We want to use all effort to use the same packaging when returning your product.

I need to change or cancel my order!

If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not shipped.  Please email us at returns@shop-authentique.com to cancel or change your order.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email returns@shop-authentique.com as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

How will refunds be handled?

We are proud to offer a full refund using the original payment method, store credit or an exchange.
